Steps to fix bosch dishwasher e15

  1. Turn off the dishwasher's water supply valve (usually under the sink) so no more water can feed the leak.
  2. Pull the dishwasher out and gently tip it back a few degrees, or soak up the water in the base pan with towels through the front kick-plate — the float needs to sit in a dry pan to reset.
  3. Once the base is dry, restore power and water and run a short cycle; a one-time overfill or splash often clears for good.
  4. If E15 comes back, look for the source: check the door gasket for cracks or gaps, and snug the hose clamps and connections under the sink and at the pump.
  5. Wipe the base bone-dry and watch a full cycle to catch exactly where fresh water appears.
  6. If the leak is at the tub, sump, or an internal hose you can't reach, stop and call an appliance-repair pro — a persistent E15 means water is still getting into the base.
