Steps to fix samsung washer ur error

  1. Open the door and spread the laundry evenly around the drum, untangling twisted sheets, towels, or hoodie strings.
  2. Washing one big item like a comforter or blanket? Add a couple of similar-weight pieces so the drum can balance itself.
  3. For a tiny load, add a few more items — too little laundry can't settle evenly and trips UR.
  4. Check the machine for rocking: push down on each corner and, if it wobbles, adjust the screw feet until it sits rock-solid.
  5. Make sure the floor under the washer is level and the machine isn't tilted; an uneven floor throws every spin off balance.
  6. Restart the spin; if UR keeps returning on a balanced, level machine, the drum's shock absorbers or balance sensor may need a pro to inspect.
